Last night I spent hours reading a new book. It’s the first time I’ve done that in a long time. What would cause me to do this? Children and Youth with Emotional and Behavioral Disorders: A History of Their Education by none other than Jim Kauffman and Tim Landrum. It is worth the read, folks.
